need tires, what to choose, help

whats going on everybody, so i need a set of tires for my F250, im running LT.275.70.R18. the stock continentals are just about gone, so i wanna get a set of A/T in the same size as stock. i wanted to see what you guys thought of the following tires and maybe give me some othe good choices as well. i was thinking about the following.

BFGoodrich All-Terrains, Bridgestone Dueller A/T Revo 2, General Grabber A/T (very similar to the BFG, but heard its has better snow traction) and last the expensive Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor Pro Series.

Now my driving is highway, with some weekend dirt action. but i def. dont want a mud-terrain so u all know. any help would be greatly appreciated. if anyone recommened another tires please let me know

thanks everyone

I own the Grabber AT2's on my F250, I really like them so far. I've had them for 1 winter and a summer so far. They do great in the snow and ice, they handle very well in the rain and they are pretty quiet, you don't have to talk loudly in the cab. The tires stay balanced very well and the tread wear has be nice and even so far.

Check out the reviews on tirerack.com. You'll get a LOT more opinions than you will on here, and if you do a search on there with the tire size, type etc you may find a better option you havent even thought of.

^^^^ thanks man, yeah i actually did exactly like you said the other day read reviews off tirerack.com and a couple other tire sites, i have my choices down to the General Grabber AT2 or the Nitto Terra Grappler AT from what i read about both these tires they are a great all around tire with good tread life and optimal traction in dry, rain, n snow. Nitto are a little more expensive then the General so when im ready to buy i will see how much i have to spend. my current stock continental conti trac tr suck i dont like them at all

See if the Nitto's have the severe snow rating ( it would have a snow flake symbol on the sidewall) and see if they can be studded. My Generals have both of those bases covered. I'm not hating on the Nittos, they make a great product but if you live some where with nasty winters it may be something else to consider.

Smile Michlien tires

I have a 2005SDxlt 4x4 V10 4.30s auto I took off the BFGS and put Michlien LTS AT 2 on this truck quiet good ride good traction but not cheap. My tire dealer said one of his customers puts these on this 4x4 diesel and in gravel pits gets 60k on these tires. I just purchased a new 2012 Escape and had these tire put on that also only 600 miles but they seem great.
