Hey nice find for 1oo smackers. Im not trying to diss your truck but I have to tell you that cab if 65 is not sitting on a 65 f100 4x4 frame. Do you have any pics of the underside you can post up. For a look at a factory 65 F100 4x4 take a look at my build on one I bought for $300. If I can answer any questions for you dont hesitate to ask. Sounds like you have some big plans for it. Hang in there 4x4s of this vintage are a different animal.

Frankenstein monster.

The left fender emblem is from a 1966.

If there is a cab step when the door is opened, it's a 1965. No cab step, it's a 1966.

Front fender has a 45" opening radius, used on 1961/65 F100/250 4WD, 1961/66 F350, 1966 F250 4WD.

1966 F100 used the same front fenders as 1961/66 F100/250 2WD, has a 36" opening radius.

The side mouldings were used on 1965/66 F100/250 Styleside pickups.
