Thanks Pat! We are doing better, the worst was being sick and having to take care of my sick dad..it sure didnt help my condition any! (if ya know what I mean). LOL! On a side note, it was fortunate that I was home yesterday, I was on the couch and heard this loud crash..I went outside to find that the wind had caught the slightly cracked lid to the fantastic fan on my motorhome, and tore it off the hinge... on its way down, it scratched the hood, then broke into several pieces on the ground. So, I brought it all into the house, grabbed my Ice and Snow tape,a cardboard box, and reconstructed the lid using the cardboard for the missing sections...what fun!!! Anyway, my neighbor got on the roof for me and taped that sucker down, we finished it off with a bag of sand to keep it there till I get the new lid in..(been on order for three weeks now). What Fun!

Busy, busy, busy!! I'm just popping in and out of here today. Hopefully it will slow down some next week!
This is the time of year that it doesnt slow down until mid January..we usually sell more phones and services from Sept to Jan. especially Dec and Jan is my biggest fun time, as people buy all those contracts for Christmas gifts, but they dont simply make a couple of test calls before giving them away, so this year all those days between dec 27th and Jan 10th, will be my busiest resolving all those customer and company related error trouble tickets because someone couldnt just take a few seconds to ensure it works how they want. SHEEESH!!

Whats really funny about that is we had more i-phone problems than anything else. LOL! I have 4 Blackberries for various uses, they all recieved their e-mails, the one I mostly use for work didnt have any problems that I'm aware of. Who knows?
