code 4?

Inspect the wiring & the connecter going to the RABS Valve to make sure its not damaged .

For the life of me I cant find the RABS vaule, I find a valve (left frame behind cross connect)but cant find a wire harness. I can only find hydralic hoses going to a cylinder,one is I think a vacuum hose but know wires.

1988 F150 SB 5.8L World product sport heads(320hp)stock FI, Shorty headers,OD trans, 373 rear with Auburn lockout. Runs great! going to 30" tires. Also went with flat pistions 9.5 to 1 comp and computer friendly cam.

You found it , The Rabs Module / Valve should have 2 wires leading from it .

Your promblem for the code is not that hard to find out. A very good website to look into is www.alldataity.com...you subscribe for an online work manual for your truck..it has been very helpful for finding my problem for code 9...plus it gives a ton of extra info on your car...ITS WORTH THE 25 BUCKS A YEAR!!!
