I also have the VentVisors from "The Ventshades Company". They cost me US$49 at Advanced Auto Parts for my CC.
They are easy enough to put on. It's been mentioned here that these are the ones that have the self adhesive foam that you stick to the rubber weatherstripping. Basically the install is:

lightly scuff the surface of the rubber to remove any wax or grime with a little Scotch-brite pad (included)

clean the scuffed surfaces with alcohol pads (included)

if you have trailer-tow mirrors, loosen the 4 nuts that hold them on (fully illustrated in the instructions - don't remember if it was 3/8 or 7/16)

apply adhesive activator to rubber surfaces (included - they recommend wearing rubber gloves with this in a well ventilated area) and let air-dry

pull plastic strips back 2" on the ends and get them placed correctly on the windows (the front ones slide under the mirrors)

remove remaining plastic strips and press in place firmly

retighten mirrors and throw away packing/installation materials

That's all there is to it - took me about 20 minutes (taking my time and stopping to go get my 1/4" socket set and rubber gloves that I didn't read ahead to know I needed). No or involved in the process. I don't think I'd pay someone $10-$15 (exchange rate?) for the install.
They also slightyly reduce the wind noise when driving down the highway with the window cracked - although not as significant a reduction as on my ex-F150.
I have the Smoke Ventvisors, stick-on type. They fit fine and seem to stay tight. The leading edge goes under the sideview mirror, so they are locked in place. Having the non-TT mirrors, I did not have to loosen any bolts to install the visors, but those with the TT mirrors will need to loosen them for the install as other posts said. Whole install job was about 20 minutes - very simple to do!
I got them for $39 USD on the net. The local auto store was $20 higher for the set of 4.
Here are some quick snaps:
I like the low-profile; don't stick out like some others do:

Here's some pics of mine Waxy. There's more in my gallery. I took them a few minutes ago in the rain just for you. I forgot how much I paid -- I saw them at a local place that I puchased my DuraLiner, tanneau, etc. from and just had to have them right then & there, no wait. When the guy said, "If you buy them now, we'll throw them on no charge while we're doing everything else" I took him up on the offer. They even un-boxed & installed my Husky Liners. I did help a friend with his VentVisors once. Didn't even have a chance to finish my beer by the time we were done. BTW, these are the stick-on ones. No problems with the adhesive or the fact that they do not go over the rail.
I have never seen visors with the chrome accent trim - way cool! Just goes to show you what gret ideas the FTE crew can come up with - nice job haroutd, looks great on your rig!
A big thanks to all of y'all, a set of Lund visors are on the way!! I got 'em at truckperformace.com, for $44 bucks with free shipping ($10 saved.) I chose the stick on type over the clip on; I've got a friend who bought the clip-ons and every now and then they slip down...but this is on a Chebby . No more nasty windows for me!

Munkey: Glad things are going your way. Never tried the Lund's, but I haven't heard anything bad about them either.
jaxf250: Thanks for the kind words. I had a big roll of door edging sitting in my garage for a few months. One day, I finally decided to put it on my doors. When my eyes wandered to the VentVisors, things just clicked.

Got the trim at Pep Boys. It's just standard chrome door edging; nothing fancy. Most auto supply stores should stock it. I got mine in a long roll, and cut it to fit with a pair of electrical diagonal cutters -- any pair of pliers with a wire cutter will do. Tin snips work well, too. Just remove the adhseive, force it into place (put some pressure on it) and you're done. Takes about as long to do as it takes to drink a beer.
The little accents is what really makes the truck diffrent from the nieghbors; yours is definetly one of a kind. Great looking truck.
I ended up using the Ventshades. but I had them painted to match the truck. Just had to be different you know. Between my lousey spelling and my painted acc. I guess that I am a little diffrent.
You got a "Cap-It" dealership in Cowtown? When I bought the "ventvisors" for my old truck, they came in a package with self-adhesive door jamb guards as well. However, you won't need those on you SD.
I'm holding out for the clip-in type, but here's a link for you.
