NP Mike, I really didn't help at all, as usual just BS'd..........

Doesn't matter to me if you helped work on the truck or not, I appreciate you coming up. Sometimes the BS is way better than working on my junk anyway.....................

Been searching for a while and can find NOTHING that says that bearing shouldn't just slide right on. For some reason I thought maybe we were missing something.

Especially the BS we talk about! LOL

Yeah, I thought about it for a minute too, but I know that's how they need to be. Otherwise you'd never get it together in the housing...

Especially my crap it seems........................ every time.

No need to be sorry, maybe I need to quit trying to do stuff on the cheap and buy better stuff.

I feel like crap wasting your whole day on basically nothing.

No kidding there.

I thought the same thing, you can't press that bearing on in the housing, it would be almost impossible to get it on all the way.

No worries Mike, it happens. Mine usually work the same way. Even the simple brake job turned into a project with all bad slides, and having to go to the store to go get them...

Why can stuff never(almost) go as planned?

That always seems to make things worse, when the parts store, supplier, or manufacturer screw something up.

It sure does. Maybe some day...........

Yeah, unfortunately for me, it won't happen any time soon. So, keep fixing the junk I have or don't have a truck.........

Don't worry. I'm right there with ya Mike. Fix it or no truck. There is ALWAYS SOMETHING to fix. All three of my vehicles leak oil pretty good. Van and truck both need brakes.

I try to do stuff on the cheap too. A lot of times I get burned but I don't learn and still do it.

Spent the evening hanging out with Jay and Lynn. Great night for bs'ing around the fire. Nice campground but expensive. They get you coming and going. They seem to charge extra for everything. I'm surprised they don't charge for using the public toilet. Kieslers in Waseca is just as bad I think They charge you $10 just to visit.

Catch ya'll later. Time to head to bed. Church in the morning then dock duty after that. Summer has officially come to a close.
