There are two screws that need to be removed. One behind the plate behind the door handle and the other down inside to grab area of the arm rest under the plug. Be gentle on removal so that you don't break them. Once screws are removed the outsde edges of door panel can be carefully popped loose. Once that is done, with the window down, lift upwards on panel. Remember you will have the wiring for the windows and mirror to disconnect. The nuts on the mirror easy to get to once panel is off. Be careful and it will all work out. We enjoy ours.

Hey firejimcf , how do you have pictures from next year already?
Just saw the date on the pics. Are those power telescoping mirrors as well?

Thanks for the info. Looked at yesterday and did not know where to start. Now I do. Maybe a Mother's Day project. Thank you very much, this is why people join FTE! Dave

Just a friendly public service announcement here. Make sure you remember to reconnect ALL of the wires that you disconnect when pulling the panel. You can figure out why I'm telling you that...
