GVWR of F350 crew??

I bought a 86 F350 crew 4x4 recently. Truck is missing sticker on door jam. My title says 9200 GVWR, is this accurate? I just want to make sure i am getting the max weight rating i can for this truck in PA.
The truck is currently a dually, but i read that these crews didnt come as a dually. Has anyone upped their GVWR by getting more infro from FORD and taking that to the DMV?

9200 is plenty for that truck imo. I drive a '91 E350 box truck and even empty or lightly loaded you should have about a mile ahead of you at all times.

Check the steering box and linkage, these can be like herding goats in the steering dept.

Post the VIN for some additional info, but I think the missing sticker is the important one for GVWR.

If PA is like VA, you can title it at any weight you want, as long as you pay for the tags. If you are planning to haul and have a total weight of 12000lbs, then you can buy the tags for 12000 lbs. That's all the cops will look at usually at a road stop where they weigh the vehicle. I would go to the local truck stop and weigh the truck empty, then calculate what you are going to haul with it, and then buy the proper tags with some headroom.

I am no too concerned about the sticker, as it plainly states 9200 on the registration and title. I am also aware of hauling heavy weights as i drive truck commercially. Actually, that is the main reason for trying to get this thing up as heavy as possible. I figure with my CDL if i am over weight, i can't get away with playing dumb.

FWIW, I looked at the plate in the '90 E350 DRW box I had today: 10,700. That's on 225-75 x 16 E tires.

Since i am not the original owner, and door plate is not there, I am just going by the info on the title and registration. In PA, you can easily lower the weight to pay less annual registration fees. I just want to confirm that this didnt happen to my truck. I mean if is a 9900 GVWR taken down to 9200 then i'd like to get it back up. But if it's 9200, then it is what it is. Anybody else have a truck like this?
