My 2011 F250 4X4 (gas motor) has rear wheel hop that basically makes it unusable off road. Apparently the riser blocks added to the rear suspension creats more moment arm than the springs can deal with. I checked out adding an Active Suspension Kit but since the truck came with a trailer towing package which has an over load leaf spring riding on top of the regular springs, there is no way to install a Active Suspension Kit. Adding traction bars really isn't a solution either as it'll kill ride quality (shades of my drag racing days). What happens is when I accelerate in dirt, even at just 2000 rpm or less, the rear axle bounces up and down and sounds like the frame is being beaten to death. Tire marks in the dirt look like a line of dashes where the back wheel is off the ground part of the time. Rear suspension cannot handle ANY loss of traction. Maybe a different spring pack in the rear?
