I decided to sell my truck a few weeks ago. The problem is, I have no idea what to ask for it. I see people posting on here asking what their truck is worth and the suggested prices are usually all over the map. I listed the truck for what I thought was a reasonable price on craigslist and several forum type sites and didn't get a single nibble. Well, I decided to just go for it and I listed it on Ebay with no reserve and started the bidding at $1000. So here's your chance to tell me what you think this truck is worth and we'll get to see who is closest Sunday night. Here's the link: Ford : F-250 | eBay
you will get a decent price for it. It will take some time. $10,000 is probably what it is worth, but someone writing a check for that is going to look around.
If you don't mind me asking how much do you have into it?
It's hard to say, I traded for it and a lot of the work was already done when I got it. If you could even find another F250 Supercab short bed to build, I don't think you could duplicate this truck for less than 12K. That's about what has been spent on this one not including labor. The sad part is, these trucks usually bring about half of what it takes to build them.
i'd love to say it will go for the 6K that has been discussed but ebay seems to be a hit and miss bid. you list at the right time and out the roof, wrong time and shouldn't have even listed. good luck beautiful truck
