MY2012 End and MY2013 Begin
Hi all,
Does anybody know when the model year 2012's will end production?...and the model year 2013 begin?
I'm looking at ordering a 2012...and don't want to miss the window...and it have to be a 2013. Not sure what changes will come with the MY13 trucks...

Thought someone might know more info to my original question...because I plan on ordering a 2012.
So...when is the last possible to place a 2012 order for the SuperDuty?

You'd have a few months to order one, manufacturing should shut down in the summer and start back up on the '13's in late summer. For some reason Feb./March sticks in my head for as late as you can order the current MY because it takes so long after the order is placed.
I was thinking the same thing here. Humm...it usually takes about 12 weeks to build the truck...from what I have read here on fte. Right???

As of right now Ford has not released the timeline, tentative or otherwise, for MY12 Super Duty Job Last and MY13 Super Duty Job 1.
Best guess at this point would be a MY13 Job 1 of July or August with the order bank opening in May or June. Final orders for MY12 would likely be April or May...
