I went out and don't see any hoses under the intake leaking, but then again I don't see the EGR cooler so I really don't know what I'm looking for. It took about a gallon to fill it up from where it was to max full and it's SLOWLY draining...no puddles on ground so I'll go back in an hour or so to check to see maybe it just took a while to reach the ground.

HERE^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ great PICS OF THE LEAKEY Hose if its the blue hose its been done once
you cant see it in the pics very well but the egr cooler is right there too
There will still be a coolant line there even if its been EGR Deleate
Ok...level stopped dropping, was probably just filling air pockets. I've located the blue hose under the turbo, where is the other end of it at? No signs of leakage on this end, is it possible for it to leak only when running? Also, if there is an EGR delete already on it, what would I be looking for to figure out if there is? When I was pulling the batteries out there is a little clear pressure regulator/filter of some sort with a yellow reset button on it and a plug that was zip tied to my positive aux battery cable that didn't have any hoses going to it, it fell apart as soon as I cut the zip ties holding it to the cable, what is this?
Before you spend money on any diagnostics, buy a new degass cap. It's possible that is is not holding pressure, so when the coolant heats up it is allowed to expand and blow out. Also, on your batteries, 12.0V is pretty much dead, they should be reading about 12.8V.
So, new degass cap ($5) and get your batteries load tested, and go from there.

Was it the filter minder on the driver side the thing with the reset button
I take it your truck doesnt have the stock air filter setup
I will see if I have a pic of it just to be shure
That blue hose is Really Short
The EGR cooler should be right next to it if its still there
I will see if I can find a pic of that too
I will start off by saying the truck is exactly as I bought it...with that being said, it does have some sort of aftermarket filter on it...it looks like a filter with box, not sure if it's the whole pipe or not but I don't think so. It is on the driver side and it does have a thing on it that says change filter so I'd assume it is the filter minder, do I need to replace it or can I just leave it off? A good picture of the EGR cooler setup would be GREATLY appreciated, I've had the truck for 3 months and it's my first diesel so I'm not the most knowledgeable person, this is deff a huge learning experience.
Also, since it's an '03, the EGR hose could be the earlier design, which is orange and not blue, just to the passenger side of the filter housing on top of the engine.

I take it since he found a Blue hose its been changed at minimum and may also have an EGR Deleate installed
next to the blue hose there should be a Bigger Stainless Steel tube towards passenger side thats the EGR cooler
sounds like somebodys Modified his truck at some point

There is an aluminum pipe there, it's not high end polished or anything, does this mean there's been an EGR delete or just that the EGR cooler has been replaced? This is what I HATE about buying used vehicles, not knowing how much half @$$ work has been done that you can't just pick out by looking or test driving it.
