front suspension....ready to lock up

I have a 64 f100. just rebuild my 292. My question is my pass side front wheel is slightly bent in when I look at it straight ahead. When I drive it it seems to be binding up and ready to lock up. Any thoughts of what is causing this and how to fix?

I would start with the wheel bearings.

It doesn't take much to bend a wheel, hitting a curb could cause it. Worn king pins are another possibility.
