Did you offset your engine for a Volare clip?

Went to bolt my bare block back up in the mounts and to tranny so I can get some measurments to remove cobbled, PO fabbed motor mounts and weld in new MF offset pre fabbed mounts. (some assembly required) I replaced the crossmember trans mount with the only mount I could find that is close, but not exact replacement. It is about 1/2" taller, which is going to change my pinion angle. That and the fact that when I got everything in and bolted up, the angle now on the tranny puts the mount in quite a bind. I don't care for that. It will surely twist the rubber out of the mount in time. I have an aftermkt. trans crossmember. Did you have to relocate your trans mount holes on the X-member to relieve the tension?

I offset the engine and transmission about an inch to the passenger side. I built my own crossmember and offset the holes on it too.
