6.0 Power Stroke and coolant loss?
The engine has begun to consume water. Where the water disappears?

Pull the EGR valve see if coolant in there

Hopefully it isn't water it's consuming but coolant!

Well is it external? Seeing any on the ground?
Park the truck front end down a hill if you can over night then pull the egr valve and look for coolant like Benny said. If you do find coolant you have a failing/bad egr cooler.
It could be Headgaskets.
Check for puking....

Where is the EGR valve is located? I have a EGR delete kit installed in the car

You need to tell us everything thats wrong/been done to this truck.
If it has a EGR delete, what kind?
