It's hard to say by the pictures but can you tell by looking (or placing the curved portion of the patch piece on top of your running board and see if the contour-curve of it will even match up well with the F1 rear fenders profile???) you may have been required to modify the boards anyway? if they werent already cut prior??

just wondering if you just so happened to have a set of original running boards if they would fit right anyway, without slight mods to the rear curved area??? what ya think

anyway, your day is running out, get off the computer and get back out there while its still light out..

Hey Josh, yeah I did take the patch with the rear portion and put it in place, it fits good to the fender and lines up well with the bottom of the bed. I may have to redrill holes in the brackets, but with everything loose, it's too early to tell. And I did expect some kind of rework back there but wasn't sure what.
I will take a pic of that in a while and post it here.

Dale, are they from the green F1? F2-F3 bed strips are longer than F1 bed strips.

Dale,
Ilya, what are bed strips that hold the boards down?
My boards bolt to the bracket/arms under the boards and also bolt to the frame.
Either something is missing that I am unaware of, or something with mine is different?

Thanks Badgerhound! I started to straighten some sheetmetal at the back lower rear corner of the bed, down below the tailgate. I looked hopeless at first, and it actually is pretty straight now, not done completely, but better than it was. Not a perfect shot of it, but this corner. I got to figure out what to do with the rear of the bed. these corners have been welded and cracked, etc. bolts broke off...
I got to removed the R. rear stakepocket and work it over too.
