So, watching Matt's Off-Road Recovery, Rudy announced he is starting his own youtube channel. I watched both episodes, I feel like its off to an OK start. its pretty slow, but as he adds more people, different music, and his editor gets better and more efficient, it should turn out nice.
We usually go to the matinee to save 30% and we're members of the AMC Stubs premiere that costs $15 a year. With that we get our online ticketing fee waived, free upsizing on popcorn/drinks, and constantly get points back to put towards our next reservation. Movies usually run us $25 to watch the movie in large leather recliners and another $25 for popcorn\drinks for us to share.
Seems like it's a reasonable price for what we get out, but that's the only price I've known since going to the movie theatre in Marysville when I was in high school. Probably isn't fair to compare movie ticket prices from 20 years ago to today though, lol!
Yeah, Julie is a member, and I only go to the movies with her typically, so she pays, I just know its about $100 - or so for us about each time we go as a family with the food and drink.
I watched the Messiah on Netflix, its about a year of kid Jesus's life at about the age of 7 or so. It was done up pretty nice. It was a decent flick.

Wow, I agree that it's quite a bit. Hard to get too excited for the movies at that price, but at least you all get your own popcorn, lol!
Jamie has been keeping me company in the garage and we've been digging through the different streaming apps for some movies. If you haven't checked out the IMDB app I would suggest it, we found quite a few free movies right on the front page that we've enjoyed watching.

I'm not sure why I watched it all the way to the end, but I watched a movie called 4x4. I thought for sure it would be cool, but it was a train wreck that just kept getting worse and worse..
Let me save you the time.
A guy breaks into a Toyota 4 runner to steal the stereo, but gets locked in the vehicle. Then the owner killed himself. That is the whole story.. that's it. the 4x4 never left the parking spot.. until it exploded.. that's the whole flippin story...Oh.. and it was in subtitles... and it sucked.
If you are looking to self punish, it was on Amazon.
Yeah. so I took a chance and watched another one last night except this one I didn't finish. It was English dubbed and subtitles, and it was weird. It was called 4L.
I'm running out of movies to watch on Netflix and Amazon. I think they are getting more and more desperate for movies without shelling out the money for the more popular ones.
