Great link! "non commercial class A license" is a term that I haven't heard before. In Arizona all RVs are exempt from CDL requirements but I like the idea of a "non commercial" endorsement. Hopefully Arizona will follow California's lead on this issue. Sounds like a fairly easy license to get, I am all for a little extra training for those of us who want to tow heavy on public roads.
