What is this?????

I have this thing mounted just to the left of my steering column and I have no idea what it's for.
Any ideas??

Trailer brake? So, it shouldn't hurt anything if I remove it right?

I have no need for a trailer brake (lol). I'll be removing this (if possible) this weekend. If someone needs this, pay shipping and it's yours.

Go look at the master cylinder and see if there is a third brake line tapped off of one of the usual two and heading back through the firewall. If the trailer brake is hydraulically connected to the brake system removing it won't hurt anything, but it will take some time and a bleed of the brakes once you remove it.

Yup! There's a third brake line going through the firewall.
On a sidenote I just noticed my mc is leaking. Now I know why bleeding my brakes today didn't help anything. Oh well, guess I'll be taking a trip to the parts store this weekend.
