I was able to pull these codes with my Predator programer.
The details It gives is pretty vague.
Just wanted to see if someone would post some detail about them before I put a big load on the truck. Thanks.
p1000,p1636,p063,p0670

 

P1000 N/A OBDII monitor status OBDII monitors/drive cycle incomplete.
This means not enough drive cycles for accurate info.


P0670 GPCM Glow plug control module control line failure Open/grounded circuit, open/shorted GPCM, failed PCM
Self explanatory. Check all the connectors to the GPCM.

P0603 PCED Internal control module KAM error Open PCM pin, disconnect B+, faulty PCM
The P063 was most likely a P0603 and is usually caused by removing power from the PCM. Removing batt cables or removing PCM will give this code.

Didn't find P1636 on my list.

I'm waiting for my Ca. emc2 pcm to get back from PHP. I had them set it up stock to run my single shots.
The chip I have in the pmt1 I'm running now is set up for the Ca pcm.
I think once I get this chip in the ca pcm all should be well.

I just wanted to make sure the codes were nothing real serious.

 

Nothing serious, but if the GPCM code doesn't go away with the install of the new PCM you may not have operational GPs. It is going to start getting cold up there soon.
