Question HOT air from vent

What is causing the air to be so hot when the setting is on vent. How to make it operate correctly??? It has been like that since new.

Mine does this too, I think it's because I have a leak in my vacuum system (vents/4x4).

I'm curious as to why you didn't take it back under warranty????

I too would think a vacuum leak.

Yes AC works great. Say it's 60 deg out, on vent it will be warm. I never took it in because in Phoenix I rarely would use it in vent.

the mixing door is vacuum actuated, right? That's about all I can think of that could cause this? You're getting hot air all the time, and it takes full cold to make it 'balance out' to cool.
