92 F150 4x4 suspension upgrade?

I have done alot of searching but just want to be clear before I buy parts. I have a 92 F150 4x4 sc short bed with a really soft and bouncy suspension and looks like a 2wd with a slight sag on the driverside rear. I first thought it just needed shocks but the new Monroes I bought did nothing. I would like to lift the truck a little front and back without any major modifications and sit level as well. I have a broken leaf in the rear on both sides and was wondering if anyone had a Moog part # or something I could cross reference for the F250 2wd rear leaf. From my searching I guess I am looking for a 5 leaf pack for the rear and then for the front coils maybe a set of Moog CC844 springs. I am just not sure of the proper leaf spring to fit my needs. Any Thoughts or concerns? Thanks in advanced for any help.

I just looked at JCWhitney and found 2 I curious about: Part # 1JA 975256 is 5 leaf and 2073 LBS. and Part # 1JA 943115 is a 5 Leaf and 2450 LBS. both for an F250 2wd. I am leaning tward the latter because its $40 cheaper per spring but It still needs to work with the Moog CC844 springs up front or whatever I finally decide to put there. Any advice?

For what it's worth, I have 2800# F-250 rear springs from a local spring shop and the CC844 Spicer/Raybestos equivalent on the front of my '89 half-ton. I left the lift blocks out on the rear axle and the truck sits dead level. I like the ride, but the 2450# springs might ride a little nicer.

My 2¢...

Thanks Pat I was leaning toward the 2450 LBS. springs anyhow. You just backed that thought up. I will however check around the local spring shops to make sure the price is right. But $111 per side isnt that bad.

Definitely check locally...a few bucks in gas always beats shipping costs. I think I paid $244 for the springs, plus about $5 in gas for the 2800-pounders, so you're doing OK.

on my 88 F150 I went to the local junk yard and pulled the rear leaf springs from a F250 and then found a gentleman parting out and 89 F350 2wd ambulance and he sold me the front coil springs for the ambulance for 20 bucks! the rear springs added 2 inches of lift WITHOUT the blocks and the F350 coil springs upfront added 1 1/2 inches of lift in the front. worked out great and only cost me 120 bucks plus my labor.
