Yes I think so how can you tell if its locked ? When I plug it in I can put in whatever tune I chose.

 

You go to device menu and it will say locked or unlocked

when I go to device info it says 5 unlocks left.

 

But it says it's currently unlocked?

 

I couldnt find on the tuner screen anywhere that said locked or unlocked, I went into all the options on the screen.
