Best Price Ford aluminum 12-Bolt Differential Cover

Where can I get the Ford 12-Bolt Differential Cover Part # 8C3Z-4033-A
for the best price?

My local dealer wants $75 plus tax which I think can be beaten easily.

PartsguyEd $50.15, but shipping might kill it.

My not be too bad as the part is light and not oversize, that's what about what I paid two years ago from my local dealer but I do have an account with them which gives me a pretty good discount!

Thanks for reminding me about parts guy ed, I've never used him but I've heard nothing but good reviews.

I just ordered it from him. $60.15 with shipping and it said it could be up to $5 dollars more depending on actual shipping cost. Not bad, Thanks again

What type of bolts are you all using when you change over to the new cover?

I ordered stainless allen head bolts (5/16x18x1 1/4") and washers from McMaster-Carr, sorry, I can't remember the exact part number.

I bought mine back a few years ago and believe it or not these babies were running $26! I bought two and sold one to pay for the hardware to paint and install it. Why do the prices go up so much?

I use McMaster-Carr all the time, I probably even already have a box of those bolts in my dads metal fabrication shop.

Seems to me whenever the demand increases on parts that we can use for our trucks (bellowed up pipes, the 08 diff covers, etc. ) someone wants to take more of my hard earned money

I use Allen Fasteners for hardware. Good prices, fast shipping (2 days from Ca to TX) and flat rate shipping (Priority USPS). You can find them at:

Chrome Bolts, Stainless Steel Bolts, Metric Bolts, Socket Head Cap Screws, Grade 8 Bolts, F911 Bolts

I've replaced many of the zinc Allen Head bolts on my Harley with Chrome or Stainless form these guys.
