Good afternoon Indiana and all of our IN friends...and especially to our newest GRANDPA!!!

Sitting in the Delta Club in Detroit...one more flight and I'll be home...a short stay this week at home as I'll be back in the air again on Sunday...non-typical lately that I'm away two weeks in a row.

We've got the fish fry on Saturday and I need to go and put the blind in the woods to prepare for the following weekend...so I've got some stuff to do this weekend...I think the girls both have a cross-country meet on Saturday too...

Sorry Dave that your wife is under the weather...I picked a good week to be away from my house as my youngest had a high fever and then stomach issues...Tracey also came down with some of the same symptoms too...looks like the house is clear right now...I'll keep my fingers crossed though!...looks like the flu is making an early appearance this year already...I may have to go and get a flu shot early to try and combat it...

Hope everyone has a good day the rest of the day...

Anyone coming over Saturday night for the fish fry?...I need to know so I take out enough fish and ice down enough beer...haha...

Well I got home safely yesterday...got a good workout in and then had a great dinner with the family!

Today I plan on running out to the hunting land to set up the blind for next weekend...I have to pick a new spot since my buddy will be working on the sugar shack some next weekend...so I'm going to set up about 200 yards from where he will be...thankfully he won't be there when we are...but I want to minimize any impacts to the hunt...not my first choice for the day...but it is his land and I'm only a visitor...shouldn't be too much of an impact...other than having to change my spot...which is easy...

What a beautiful morning today...it was right around 40° here this morning...

I'll get the grass cut today and then start getting stuff ready for the fish fry tomorrow...

Sounds like a good plan, I have my work cut out for me this weekend, I have my replacement door coming in today that needs to be refinished, close the pool, mow the lawn, and hopefully get some boat time in somehow.
