89 F150 issuew
I inherited an 89 F150 XLT Lariat 4x4. Laundry list of problems.
1) Will not run/crank when hot. New plugs, wires, coil, distributor. When it does run, it misses like it starved for fuel when pulling itself. It will idle fine until it gets hot.
2) Clutch pedal has too much play. Might have to bleed cylinders, but is there a way to bleed the lines without removing transfer case and tranny? Damn concentric slave cylinder.
1st post but more to come
Thanks in advance.

So check the fuel pressure, you should see ~40psi within a couple primes of the pump(engine not started), 32-35psi engine idling, and 40psi engine idling and vacuum disconnected form the pressure regulator.
With a hydraulic clutch there is a rubber plug on the bel housing you can remove and the line to the slave cyl will have a bleed screw on it.
