I am looking for a used topper for my 06 f150 Supercrew with a 6.5' box. I am wondering if any fit that are meant for other makes or older models, there is absolutely nothing used around here specific to my truck.

It would be on there to make a trip across Canada and then I would not being using it anymore as I am not a topper guy.

Pretty sure only 04-07 f150s 6.5in bed toppers will fit. I looked at the topper on an 03 before and the bed is slightly different widths at the tailgate and the cab. Not sure about newer.

You could get away with a tarp and one of those bungee web nets that connect to all four tie downs in the bed. I've used that before traveling and it worked well.

Only a topper for 04-08 will fit well enough to not have major leaks. With the way that the cab extends over the bed some, it causes fit problems.
