Live in Ceres but I spend a lot of time around Merced / Marposia. Got a gold claim on the North Fork Merced river. Back behind Coulterville. Not that California will let me mine on it.
Hopefully I'll be in the hills behind Briceburg next weekend for the holiday weekend. If I can get my sisters car fixed by then.
nevrenufhp it took me 7 years to finally build my wifes 66 T-Bird. Just keep plugging at it. It'll come together. Your just down the road from me if you ever need a hand give me a holler.
I'm in the Bay Area but end up in the valley sometimes. Welcome Aboard.
he never getit done he has to many kids
I have too many kids too so I recruit some to help me with my Ford Projects. Here's one of them cleaning an oil pan. Mom wasn't too thrilled that his pants got trashed.
They do like helping, especially when there's welding to do. I need a couple more helmets so they can all watch. They'll know how soon enuf. A teenage girl that can weld? That has to be some cool factor for school.
I live in Fresno, but am currently immobile in a nursing home recovering from an accident that shattered my lower right leg. Should be out sometime in Sept tho.
Can't mine your own gold claim? what a joke. Leave it to Kalifornia to screw with peeps any way they can.

Shattered your leg. Dam. Must have been one hell of a ski trip. I hate being laid up. I just had ACL reconstruction last year. That hardest part is doing the physical therapy

It started with the dam Indians on the Klamath River</ST1lace. First they got the courts to stop the DFG from issuing permits until they update their environmental impact. When they realized that was only going to take a little over a year they got some legislator they help get into office to write up a bill to protect the fish from us miners until the DFG not only renews their environmental impact study but to make sure that any cost of the permit program and enforcement is funded by the permit fees. Where I mine the only fish I see are Blue Gill and Minnows. Unfortunately at the moment it affects all waterways. There is some question and challenges being made it court as to how much authority the state actually has on federal land. When <ST1<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com</st1:State>California</ST1la became a state it gave up its rights to govern water on federal land. If it can’t be changed in court the moratorium is until 2016.
The swap is pretty much at a standstill until overtime starts back up. Hard to make it on 1 income in CA, especially when utilities keep going up.
Yep, times are tough right now..my truck is pretty much just collecting dust too
