Signs of injectos going out

So what are signs of injectors going out?
My 96 makes a lot of What I would say is diesel knock or injector noise when cold and goes away some what when warm

Could be the IPR, or might need new injector o-rings at the least... how many miles on it?

With that mileage you might need injectors

Low fuel Pressure will cause injectors to knock
