I'm trying to locate a discontinued wheel that was offered by Ford Racing back in 2005 or so. Part# M-1007-L2010

I recently had new tires put on my F150 and while the shop was doing the work, they broke one of my center caps. I'm running Ford Racing part# M-1007-L2010. What I'm currenty finding is that this wheel is discountinued and no longer available.

Additionally, I'm finding that the center cap was ONLY available with the purchase of the wheel. So, my question is, does anyone have access to this discontinued part or know where I might be able to locate one?

Even if I could find out who manufactured these wheels for Ford Racing that could help too.
