i have the set of hood to fender bumpers. they all seem obvious except the single rectangular one with the bolt in it. where does it go? on the front lower of hood, on the hood latch plate?? any help would be appreciated.

 

Front lower edge of the hood in the center, there should be a bolt or hole there. It is one of the bolts that attached the locking plate to the hood.
