I know ive asked b4, i think i know what headlight i want to replace mine now but not sure.
The ones that are on the truck now i just discovered do as much as the blinker. My interior lights are brighter.lol I need a modern style headlight that i can put in brighter bulbs if need be.
I do agree that the relay upgrade is an effective way to get brighter headlights - but the stock lights shouldn't be dimmer than your interior lights. You might want to inspect the wiring pigtails for corrosion, as a first step.
Also make sure the alternator brackets that mount it to the block are clean.
all the points where the brackets contact the alt and engine block. The alt
grounds through that to the block. Also check the negative battery cable
for good clean contact to ground. they need a good cleaning once and a
while.

'strange that they call them "sealed beams" because they use a replaceable bulb. Sealed beams are, well, sealed in a vacuum like an incandescent bulb.
A "city light" is an accessory bulb inside the housing and below the main bulb. It is a low Watt bulb wired to the parking light circuit. Some cities in Europe don't allow the use of headlights within the city limit cuz the streets are already lit up. Hence, "city lights".
The other difference is the projection. The first two use a bulb reflector (cover) while the projectors use a lense over the bulb to disperse the light.
PS.. your light rack is ready. I'm having a tuff time finding a 5-foot long cardboard box. I may have to go to a flooring store to find a carpet tube.

So i guess i want #1 or #3, i think the others are to modern. Now #3, will the center circle light up as well as the bigger outer circle?
Jeez Louise..... If ya click on the image, you'd see the note that says they come with H4 bulbs. Why don't you wait until it's installed and evaluate the light output at that time?
IMO, not a very good value for $620 a pair. Even at $300 it's not worth it... that is unless ya just wanna flaunt your wallet or are doing it for show. Spend ur money where it counts... suspension, engine, brakes...

HAHAHAA! I always plan way ahead so when it comes to that step, im on it!
I am very interested in how this turned out as I am looking at doing the same thing. SuperDuty93 can you please let us know if these turned out to be quality parts? And I think you were going with the 1st choice on the page, is that what you ended up getting? How do you like them? Thanks.
