steering hop

my trucks front end has a hop feeling in the syeering wheel at 40mph. its not a typical vibrate from tires but rather a up and down feeling . it dissappears around 43 mph.

I would start with checking all the front end pieces. Shocks are responsible for holding the wheel on the ground. Does the truck steer ok? Frozen king pins can behave strangely. Assuming you are still running the twin i beam.
