06 expedition rear axle shaft torque spec

Does anybody know what the torque spec is for the rear axle nut, i'm finding conflicting issues. Some websites are saying 250 ft ibs. and others are saying 20 ft ibs.

I'm sure the 250 is for the pinion nut, while the 20 is for the axle bearing end plates.
