Factory-Look Utility Bed

I want to order an '06 PSD later this summer and thanks to you guys, pretty much am confident in what I want - but one little thing is haunting me...

A work acquantaince has an '03 7.3 PSD, crew cab long bed...and he has a utility bed with a factory look. Has side and top access panels, and but still retains much usable bed space. But the unique thing is the factory-look...body lines, fender flares, everything matches up.

I'm pretty internet savvy but have yet to find a picture of one of these things, let alone where/how to get ahold of one...please help!

Thanks!

-Nate

At work one of our coustomers has a f250 with the utility bed. its prety sweet, it looks like the stock bed, but it has drawers and compartments that flip up on the side.

Yes!

Awesome! Only downside is that I'll have to suffer through a discussion with a sales rep at a dealer to get more info...but certainly enough to wet my appetite! Anybody on here have one of these things? Or at least an opinion on one?

Red face Truck bed

If you do a google for utility beds , you will find a few companys that produce this style bed. I think that Sthal @ Reading are 2 of them. These beds work out well for
somebody that does'nt load them real heavy or use them in rough off highway conditions. A friend of mine has one of these on his F350 dual rear wheel mechanics truck. It did'nt work too bad till he started to load really heavy @ run it on rough jobsites , could'nt keep doors on it.
Good luck HOTWRENCH

Americas Body Company ford Sport utility box

This is probably way old and way obvious.

I have a 2000 ford SD F-350 with a 9 ft. ABC bed. They went out of business some time ago. But, the lines of the box still match todays (2011) trucks so you may want to get a used bed and put on a new truck. I ordered mine from the ford dealership in Denver Colorado (Burt's Arapahoe Ford) and first saw one in Orlando Florida in 1999. I have only seen 2 since I've got mine and both were only 8' beds. I don't think they made very many.
