Upset with Ready Lift Today!

Called Ready Lift today to inquire about which leveling kit, (Stage 1 or Stage 2) to install on my 2011 F350 SD. The conversation went like this.

RL: What is your definition of leveling?
me: I want the front level with the rear for looks and to install 35 inch tires.
RL: The stage 1 and Stage 2 kits will raise the front higher than the rear. The only thing you need is about a inch lift on the front to be even with the rear. The only thing we have for that much of lift is, (some part #) but we don't offer it as an individual part.
me: So, you are saying that I don't need a 2.5 inch leveling kit?
RL: Have you ever looked at your vehicle? I can't see your vehicle so I'm not sure who much lift you will need.

At this point I was stunned and ended the call. Maybe I was expecting too much from manufacture of suspension components to answer such a simple question.

Some of these trucks are very different based on the spring code selected

Sits nose high
Level
Or has a large rake like a funny car

you have to decide what is right for you. How does your truck sit now??

Dix - grab a tape measure and figure out how your truck sits now. Mine was 3 inches higher in the back so a 2 inch front spacer worked for me.

Do they really vary that much? I just ordered the Stage 3 assuming that all F-350's would have similar rake in stock form. Worked out perfect. I have about a 1" rake now.

Exactly my point, Jean, What made you go with the Stage 3 kit and did you install yourself? Any pictures would be appreciated? Thanks.
