that took way too long. i would have hooked the chain low and around the whole thing, and just cut it in half.

Great video Evan. You'll like hooking to stuff a lot more when you can throw it into 4 wheel

Evan
You need a longer chain or cable, bet you could have done it with one pull then.

Truck sounds good. Whatchado with the OE turbo?

Intake and downpipe gets the turbo going.

Auto's have a bit more whine to them than stickshifts though.

Stickshift doesn't have to spool turbo to get truck moving cause the motor is lugging different from a start.

Whoever built that thing didn't want it coming down. They had 4 2x4's all nailed together at each corner and 3 at each door frame. Plus it was hard to get a straight pull because there's a big wooden fence running right behind where my buddy was filming so it kept sliding my back end sideways.

Yeah, we needed more chain for sure. It's just the stock turbo with 186k on it as far as I know... Intake, 3" downpipe, 4" exhaust with a 4"x8" glasspack so it would be legal in NC when I lived there.

I did see it. I must say watching that F450 pull that train (what was it, 280k pounds?) was quite impressive.

And if he would have had a F350 dually instead of the F450 I bet he would've beat the Maxipad. ALso if he hadn't done the stupid burnout before.
