I'm sure half the people on here could say that! I have about 5000.00 just wrapped up in rebuilt axles.

+10000000 It drives me nuts when a bumper doesn't look like it belongs, or anything for that matter. The only thing I'd add is some d-rings, but still awesome.

captainISCP so your bumper is basicly 3 pcs the top flat part, the section of 6" tubing and the bottom flat part that angles in. you can't even see the welds nice grinding job!!!

Basically straight from the outside of the frame in. From frame out it tapers to the rear. There are lots of pieces. But basically a flat top, slice of 6" pipe and a flat bottom. If you PM your email I'll email a few pics I took while building it to give you an idea. Had D-rings on my FJ40 but the rattling drove me nuts hence the front receiver.

Mine took forever too. So many angles and trying to get it setting level is a pain. I went a little more butch with mine but it will be off road quite a bit and our cows need a little push once in a while because the road is easier to walk on LOL.

It sure is solid!!!

I have yet to see anyone cut the floor and weld in lower pockets to mount superduty seats. They will always sit too high! That's the thing I hate about them they were in my brothers truck..

I forgot to give some of the credit to John at Autofab. I got the headlight guard from him.

Funny - that thing looked familiar but I just figured you saw the idea, liked it and copied it.

ChaseTruck754 we briefly discussed my bumper idea on another bumper thread. I commented about liking the head light guard part of John's bumper but the rest being impractical for what I wanted/needed.

Thanks ArmyCook!
