Hey Guys...Looks like I'm going to be a no show tomorrow. It doesn't look like Mother Nature is going to be very nice around here and at the park.

Here's the forecast for the park...Saturday: A chance of showers before 11am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11am and 4pm, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 4pm. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, increasing clouds, with a high near 76. South wind between 5 and 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Irene is screwing everything up and Ken says he heard the State Parks are all closing at Noon tomorrow..


So we are going to change the GTG from Purgatory Chasm to the Uno's Chicago Grille in Leominster, MA..

We will meet at the same time 11:30am

Guys, I just spoke with Kirk (comadvan) about the change in plans. Seems like we've both had changes too. I need to batten down some hatches here in RI at work in the AM. Neither of us will be making Unos, however I will be heading to Kirk's shop afterwards.

Well the rains held out and we could have had the GTG as planned..

Instead Ken an I had a nice lunch..

It was to bad Pete was under the weather and couldn't make it..

Hopefully we will see him at the next one..

 

The beer was good too!!! It was good seeing you again Don.

 

Except...the park was closed at noon...so...it would have been a quickie!!!
