I called the parts store for a radiator for my 96 300 f 150. They had the "standard cooling" one (1 inch core) for $159.00 and the "HD cooling " (2 inch core for $129.00 Can you bolt the thicker radiator in witthout changing the shroud etc? sounds like a good upgrade and cheaper to boot!

 

yes, I use that one, you have to mess around with the bolt on the shroud a little on the one side, I just drilled a hole and used a zip tie.
