Talking Bench Build A PSD Super Duty

Since it's Africa hot outside I am sitting here doing some bench building.

My rules for bench building or easy.In my head I get to build my dream truck for FREE.

I have a 2001 CC 4x4 7.3 auto.Here goes.

Engine:7.3 with forge rods, gqssb turbo, stage 3 hybrid inj 250cc,stealth hpop,Comp valve springs,R&R fuel system, head studs, port and polished heads, twin stock fuel pumps to feed, and 5" exhaust out the back.Tunes to make it all work.

Trans:BTS

Drive train:trutrac up front detroit locker out back with 3.73 gears, with one up traction bars to hold it in place.

Suspension:Coil spring front end with 4" lift and bilstein shocks. I was impressed with Andrew's (jkidd)08's turning radius.

Wheels and tires:Like what I got.

Body:05 front end,08 mirrors with full power,08 tailgate, and Smitty built Nerf steps w/the extra step for the bedside.

Interior:update to 08 seats front and back, power sliding rear window.DVD player for the kids, and lots of sound deadening also.

This what I have so far,as I sit here I am sure I will think of more.So why not its FREE.

Lets go guys and gals! Start Bench Building.

My planned build so far is:

Modded h2e
250cc/200% FFD singles
Comp 910s
ARP studs
home grown fuel system
BTS trans
home grown traction bars
stage 1 Gearhead cam
DI pushrods
Not sure what I'm going to do for oil just yet. That's the abbreviated version at least...

The interior will stay as is. Maybe new speakers and a new radio but that's about it. Trying to stay light.

As long as I can make payments on it.

PS: The title of the thread is "PSD Super Duty" so your CR Super Duty doesn't count.

I've made no effort to hide that I'm jealous. I'd kill for a built CR Fummins. But you're still ineligible for a PSD thread.

The way I understand it is its either on or not... but I am not sure... I do see it as the way for my truck to get a locker without me having to buy an expensive locker
