Ok, that was my first time pulling codes. And I wasn't aware that I had to hold the clutch, and also perform a wide open throttle either. But I will be pulling the codes sometime again this week when time permits.

Thanks everyone who has given me instructions on how to do self tests.

The brief WOT (just stab open and closed) is only during engine running part of the diagnostic test. You won't have to touch the throttle with the engine off.

Basically unplug the vacuum line going to your egr, then take it for a drive and see if it the problem is still there. If its not then just leave it unplugged.

Best of luck to ya, let us know how it turns out
