congrats...kids...I don't think so...u got 7 years on me my friend...of course I got married at 22 in 1987...I WISH I was still a kid! LOL...
Have a great one everyone...I am so freaking tired...but I'll still be awake in a few hours and at the gym...I got in 4 miles on the treadmil this morning (4:30am CA time) and then another 3 miles this afternoon before dinner...I'm BEAT I tell you...lol...

I never used to run either...then I started using the elliptical (sp?)...and that got my enduance up to the point I tried the treadmill...I typically run about an 8 mile/minute pace and switch it up some...portions faster and portions slower which gives me 4 miles in 30-35 minutes (depending on how I feel that day)...30 minutes is more of a rare day to be honest...32-35 is more normal for me...if you have access to an elliptical machine...that is a great way to build up your "running style endurance"...
