need help' mootor swap, now wont start 96 psd in 97 f350

OK guys, I just got off the phone with my Dad and he just got finished swapping motors in his f350, got everything reconnected, fuel lines, harnes, ect.... all the dash lights work properly, can hear the glow plugs coming on, fuel is good through the bleeder, but all it does is turn over, and will not fire. Motor was started every week for the last 9 months while it was still in the doner truck...... any ideas or direction would be wonderful this truck needs to be going by tomorrow.

when i swapped a 97 motor in my 95 it maybe took 3 min of over all cranking till it fired. I only would crank for 10-15 sec then let the starter cool down. i kept bleeding the air at the schrader valve as well.

OK, so it seems they found the culprit, but don't know what to do about it. There is no diesel getting thru the injectors, fuel bowl is full and it will bleed, but nothing is getting to the injectors... is this a sensors problem, or a computer/harness problem or what?

Its not possable for fuel to get to the bowl and not to the injectors.

What is your HPO pressure? Duty cycle?

Check to make sure you did not plug the EBPV plug into the IPR plug. They use the same connector, but if you plug the EBPV plug into the IPR, it will never start.

You have an issue on the IPR side, be it a plug, plugged or ICP sensor.

The computer is not firing the injectors because its not getting the proper ICP.

It did happen to be the ipr, don't know for sure what It was, but when I told dad to recheck the I PR harnes, and try it, it fired off..... i'll call him later when he gets it all put back together to see what the culprit ended up being....
