Electric trailer brakes

I recently installed electric trailer brakes on my 2002 F150 supercrew. Now it seems the anti-lock brakes will try to operate now and then even at low speed. I suppose I will have to unplug the controller when not in use. Any thoughts? Thanks

Should have only been a 'plug up' deal to a socket under the dash.
There is no direct interaction with ABS, normally.
ABS only would function when brakes are applied and a dissimular wheel rotation is detected by the ABS sensor.
The controller has an inertia sensor that functions to apply the trailer brakes and no effect on the truck's brakes.
You controller should have adjustment to change the application rate to the trailer brakes.
Good luck.
