I have an 07 Expedition and the air blows cold but will not come out the "top" vents (the ones that direct air to your face). All other functions seem normal. I did a search and found a similar issue on an older Bronco, someone said it could be a vacuum line.

Does anyone know what vacuum line and how to fix this??

Please help.....it's hot in AZ!!
