08 Nav Radio Swap ???

It should; I don't think it is VIN specific. Key thing is do you have the steering wheel audio controls, do you have Sirius; and although I'm not sure why they want to know if you have the back-up sensors.
I bought a NAV radio off of E-BAY about six months after buying my truck; I then sent the factory NAV radio to a guy in TX who programmed the radio to work in my truck.
If you buy the NAV out of another F-250 that doesn't have Sirius, and you have Sirius; then your Sirius may not work. If you buy it from a Mustang, then your steering wheel controls probably wont work and the speed signal will be programmed for the wroing input on the radio......
