Will 1 degree of negative camber...

I just had an alignment done and the tech only adjusted the toe and told me that the camber was "within spec". I have a 2006 Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4 with regular suspension. The truck has about 1 degree of negative camber. Is that enough to cause the inside of the tires to wear unevenly? Should I take it back and have the camber adjusted closer to what the service manual recommends? (about 0 degrees camber) Thanks

Aren't you unsatisfied with the results of the alignment?
