I have a 2006 Expy KR with a 5.4. I am planning on replace the spark plugs and coil on it and started to search online for the coils. Some websites list the DG511 for my expy and other sites list the the DG508. Which one should I use? I one better then the other or it there different 5.4's out there? Thanks for the help.

 

Pull one of the front ones out. If it has a slight dog leg bend, it's the DG508. If it's straight, it's the DG511. What is the p/n on top of the coils?

For a quick comparison with pics, go to E-Bay and type in Motorcraft DG508, then DG511.

 

Its DG511 for the 5.4 3v!!!
