EDITED:
Ok, the standard carrier just bolts to the bottom of the frame with those special bolts. There should be two holes at the bottom of the framerail on each side that are offset that you'd use to bolt the carrier on the frame. If you have a rear tank the bolts are made to be longer, and if you don't have a rear tank the bolts are made to be shorter to take up the space and a extra bracket used pictured above marked *1422 in CTUBUTIS picture.
Do you have the center carriage bolt and circular bracket and the "wing" nut that holds the tire and rim to the carrier? Most of these go missing.

Marked: 1424, 1474 and 1448 in the diagram.

Thanks for the diagram thats what i needed.
As for the center carriage bolt and bracket I do not...may have to hit LMC for that. I found a used assempbly but the bolts are significantly corroded. I am going to swing by a fastener supply house and see if I cant get something close. LMC does supply eveything but the N801133-S bolt

I actually took mine out to add a bigger tank and the tire is a pain to get out of there if its big. I should stil have them all, but the clip nut may be roached. I'll check when I get home if they're all still there. We haven't even got any spring weather in here, let alone summer, so I haven't done spring cleaning yet.....

Maybe you & me aren't looking at the same picture, but I'm seeing there were two possible bolts used:
N-801133-S100 replaced by E2TZ-1408-C bolt (channel to frame) - M14 x 2.0 x 300 spherical head Fits 80/ F100/150 with frame-mounted spare w/o aft axle tank w/P195-P225 x 15 tires; also fits 80/ F350 chassis cab w/frame mounted spare w/o aft axle tank; according to Ed's site, also fits up to 1998 trucks but it doesn't specify. Available from Ford
Ed Olson www.partsguyed.com can sell you this for around $12 + shipping.
The other bolt:
N-801136-S100 replaced by E4TZ-1408-D bolt (channel to frame) - M14 x 2.0 x 340 spherical head Fits 80/ F100/150 with frame-mounted spare w/o aft axle tank w/o P195-P225 x 15 tires; also fits 80/ F250/350 with frame-mounted spare w/o aft axle tank exc. chassis cab; also, Ed's site says this one also fits up to 1998 trucks. Available from Ford.
Ed Olson www.partsguyed.com can sell you this for around $16 + shipping.

Ed's site can accept dashes but will strip them out for you. Some sites will freak out by dashes having been input.
Also, there will oftentimes be a problem with the numeral zero and the letter oh being confused.
This almost always affects part numbers that have a zero in the prefix, you'll need to substitute the letter oh.
I don't know how you're getting zero results but here's what I do (and I don't even have an account there):
Enter e2tz1408d in the Search by part Number or Keyword box, select Ford in the drop-down box, then hit the Return key (or maybe I click Search, I don't know).
Call up Horizon Ford in Seattle if ya want, I'm sure they have a Web site with their phone number on it somewhere.

Correct, the diagrams don't list the full part numbers, they contain only the primary middle portion. You still need to take that middle portion to the other half of the catalog to find the prefix & suffix (and thereby the entire part number) which will be different depending on which vehicle or which year or whatever.
